Delivery & Logistics Policy

At Pouffie, every piece is crafted with care and delivered with the same attention.

Jabodetabek Area (Jakarta, Bogor, Tangerang, Bekasi)

For deliveries within the Jabodetabek area, orders are primarily handled by Pouffie’s in-house courier team to ensure careful handling and, when required, on-site placement.

For selected items, third-party logistics partners may be appointed based on size, volume, or scheduling requirements.

Delivery fees may apply depending on product type, distance, access conditions (stairs, elevators, restricted entry), and installation needs. Any applicable charges will be communicated prior to dispatch.

Outside Jabodetabek

For deliveries outside the Jabodetabek area, Pouffie collaborates with selected third-party logistics providers.

Once the goods have been handed over to the appointed logistics partner, the shipment is under the responsibility and operational control of the courier company. Delivery timelines, transit handling, and related conditions are subject to the courier’s policies and procedures.

While our team will assist in coordinating shipment schedules and tracking updates, Pouffie is not liable for delays, loss, or damage occurring during transit managed by third-party providers.

We strongly recommend that clients opt for shipping insurance for every out-of-area delivery to ensure full protection during transit.

Upon Receipt

Clients are kindly requested to inspect the item upon arrival.

Any transit-related damage must be reported directly to the courier provider immediately and documented accordingly. Please notify our team within 24–48 hours so we may assist in communication if needed.
