As each item is made specifically for you — including selected dimensions, materials, and finishes — all confirmed orders are final and non-refundable once production has commenced.

As our products incorporate natural materials such as wood, marble, and fabric, variations in grain, tone, texture, and veining are inherent characteristics and not considered defects. Slight color differences may also occur due to lighting and screen settings.

Should your item arrive with a manufacturing defect or delivery damage, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Our team will assess the matter and provide an appropriate solution.
