After-Sales Care Policy
At Pouffie, each piece is carefully crafted and inspected prior to delivery. While we do not provide a formal product warranty, we are committed to ensuring that every item arrives in proper condition.
Upon Delivery (In-House Courier – Jabodetabek)
For orders delivered using Pouffie’s in-house courier team, clients are kindly requested to inspect the item upon arrival.
If a manufacturing defect or damage caused during handling by our team is identified at the time of delivery, please notify us immediately. Our team will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Reports must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt.
Third-Party Shipments
For deliveries handled by third-party logistics providers, any damage occurring during transit falls under the responsibility of the appointed courier company. Clients are advised to inspect the goods upon arrival and report transit damage directly to the courier.
Shipping insurance is strongly recommended for out-of-area deliveries.
Service & Maintenance
Pouffie offers after-sales service and maintenance support upon request.
Service availability, scope of work, and applicable fees will depend on the condition of the item, usage factors, and service location. Charges may apply for labor, materials, transport, and site visits.
Our team will evaluate each case individually and provide a service quotation where necessary.
Important Notes
• Normal wear and tear, improper use, environmental conditions, and unauthorized modifications are not considered defects.
• Natural material variations (wood movement, fabric aging, marble characteristics) are inherent qualities and not product faults.
